Junior Sales Stockholm
Teleopti is an international Swedish company, and one of the best in the world at what we do – providing workforce management software to improve customer service. We are expanding fast! Last year we increased both order intake and the team of Teleoptimists (that’s what we call ourselves) by more than 20%. Today we are 200 colleagues, representing many cultures, located at 19 offices around the globe.
We all care about a particular key result; the customer benefit, that is clear to everyone who works here. This customer-centric attitude permeates all that we do at Teleopti and incoming colleagues are given an immediate introduction to the business concept that has brought us to where we are today. We then meet up every month to look at how things are going, how everyone is contributing and how we can improve.
We are now looking for yet another star to expand our European sales team in Stockholm: Junior Sales. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career by taking on a demanding, learn-by-doing role in an exciting international environment. If you have an interest in IT, a relevant educational background and a passion for international sales, this role could be the next step for you.
As our Junior Sales you will work proactively with mapping customer needs, creating product awareness and conducting demos over the web. The role stretches from hitting monthly targets based on call-rates and conversion rates to identifying opportunities, producing leads, improving the quality of our database and expanding it by using LinkedIn and similar tools.
You will be working closely with both Sales and Marketing to improve and refine Teleopti’s prospecting process.
On a personal level, we believe that you are a highly motivated, persuasive and professional candidate, with excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written. Any other language that you master is considered an advantage.
You are keen to build and drive business and you have a structured and analytical mindset with regards to business planning, goal setting and development evaluation. Experience from working with contact centers is not a pre-requisite but an “added bonus.”
A natural progression in the role as Junior Sales is to start travelling to the markets that you have been calling so as to have face-to-face customer meetings. From there, the next step can be to go into field sales, either in Sweden or internationally. There is the potential to be stationed in one of our 19 international offices within 3 years’ time, based on the markets where you excel.
At Teleopti we see no boundaries when it comes to diversity at our offices. Diversity enriches our organization and our customer relations. We are also proud that the people who matter most appreciate our closeness. Every year we are rated highly in the Great Place to Work rankings, nine out of ten of our customers recommend us, and since the start in 1992 we have grown organically while making a net profit. We build our business with the support of helpful and dedicated colleagues and managers, in short, a workplace in which we see each other and our customers. We call this Teleoptimism, and it is embodied by our values: Speed, Professionalism, Commitment and Closeness.
Are you also someone who prefers to say yes rather than no? Then you might be a Teleoptimist.
Welcome with your application, consisting of resume and a cover letter, to email@example.com. Selection and interviews are ongoing but due to the upcoming summer vacation period, there might be some lead time in responding so we kindly ask for your understanding and patience.
